Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between O RETOUR DU MARCHE, operated by Fanny Bronner, and any person making a workshop booking. They define the conditions for the online sale of the workshops offered.

Workshop prices are quoted in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-enterprise). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking confirmation.

A workshop booking is confirmed upon full payment of the price by credit card at the time of order. A booking confirmation is sent by email.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the workshop: full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.

Rescheduling: rescheduling is possible if requested at least 7 days before the workshop date, subject to availability.

This notice period is justified by the need to order in advance the perishable raw materials required for the workshops.

In the event of force majeure or insufficient number of participants, O RETOUR DU MARCHE reserves the right to cancel a workshop. The customer will then be offered a full refund or a rescheduling to another date of their choice.

Participants agree to follow the hygiene and safety instructions given at the start of the workshop. Any food allergy or intolerance must be declared at the time of booking. The instructor reserves the right to adapt recipes according to the season and product availability.

O RETOUR DU MARCHE takes all necessary steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, the organiser cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service contracts to be provided on a specific date. Workshop bookings therefore do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may refer free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute.

Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of LYON shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from their date of purchase. They may be used once via the code provided at the time of purchase, are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
