In connection with workshop bookings, the following data is collected: name, email address and phone number.

Collected data is used exclusively for managing workshop bookings and related communications.

The site and booking tool are provided and hosted by the Emansy platform, which acts as a data processor (sous-traitant) under the GDPR on behalf of the data controller. Data is hosted within the European Union (AWS Europe – Paris region).

Emails related to your booking (confirmations, gift vouchers) are sent through the Emansy platform. To verify successful delivery, these emails include a tracking pixel that detects when they are opened, and a copy of each email is retained for 30 days for quality-control and support purposes, on the basis of the data controller's legitimate interest. This information is never used for advertising or commercial purposes.

Personal data is retained for 3 years after the last contact with the customer.
