This guide explains how to match your Emansy courses to GetYourGuide products, step by step.
This step happens in Settings → Integrations → GetYourGuide, in the Emansy web app (app.emansy.fr, on a computer or a phone browser). Click "Connect GetYourGuide": a two-step wizard opens.
You need a GetYourGuide supplier account. If you don't have one yet, create it on getyourguide.com, then come back here.
Pick the course you want to sell on GetYourGuide and publish it. A published course becomes a GetYourGuide product — one product per course. Once published, the GetYourGuide card in your settings shows an ID starting with gyg_. Click "Copy the identifier" next to it — that's the ID GetYourGuide asks for next.
This step happens in the GetYourGuide supplier portal, under Manage → Connectivity.
In Connectivity, select Emansy from the list of reservation systems.
Copy the Product ID from Emansy onto every tour option covered by this course.
You turn this on, not the GetYourGuide team. While it stays off, GetYourGuide shows its own manually-entered price instead of the price Emansy sends — the customer can see a different amount from the one you set.
Emansy pushes your availability to GetYourGuide on a rolling 90-day window — GetYourGuide's maximum.
Bookings made on GetYourGuide arrive in Emansy as regular reservations. Cancellations and date changes follow the same path, automatically.
If a push to GetYourGuide is refused, the GetYourGuide card in your settings shows the error next to the Product ID it concerns.
No. Every course published as a GetYourGuide product has its own Product ID. Copy the one for the course in question, not another one.
Yes. Emansy warns you when you unpublish: "GetYourGuide will stop calling Emansy for this course. If you republish it later, a NEW identifier will be generated and it will need to be reconfigured on GetYourGuide's side." You'll need to paste the new Product ID into the GetYourGuide portal again.
You do, in the GetYourGuide supplier portal — GetYourGuide does not turn it on for you. While it stays off, GetYourGuide shows its own price instead of the one Emansy sends.
The cancellation reaches Emansy automatically, like date changes.
The GetYourGuide card in your settings shows the error next to the Product ID it concerns.
Write to contact@emansy.fr with your venue's name and the course in question.
